An order can not be canceled once the status is changed to [In Production], and we do not provide return and replacement services for the fulfilled items.
We assure you that all products sold on our website are of good quality.

However, we promise to replace or refund the items for you under the following circumstances:
Quality issues
- The product does not match the order details (e.g., the product is the wrong size, color, type, etc.).
- The product was damaged (the item you received is flawed, including a torn T-shirt or hoodie with a hole).
Shipping issues
- We shipped to the wrong address (including providing the wrong tracking number or wrong shipping address).
For clarification, we will not grant a refund or replace a printed product solely because:
- It was unsatisfactory for any reason (in this case, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse).
- Unnoticeable differences (size and placement of the printed patterns are slightly different from the mockup).
- Slight variance in colours (minor differences in colours between item and design.
All orders are based on customizable options willingly submitted by customers. Therefore, the following circumstances shall not be eligible for replacement or refund:
Logistic issues
- Items are damaged or lost in transit.
- Delivery status hasn’t update for 20 consecutive days.
- Wrong address (including you or your customer provide the incorrect address. Please contact us within 12 hours and provide the correct address. If not, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address).
In such cases, you must place a new order, or you must attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider.
